Reva Acquires 100% Interest in the Chu Chua Massive Sulfide Deposit
Further to its news release of September 15, 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Chu Chua massive sulfide mineral deposit located approximately 70 km north of Kamloops, British Columbia.
As consideration for the acquisition the Company has issued 24,000,000 shares and paid $25,000 to each of David Cohen and Ian Rozier and issued a further 2,000,000 shares to Strongbow Exploration Inc. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring April 4, 2010.
The Company's interest in the property is subject to a 2% net smelter royalty, however, as part of the transaction, the Company also received a first right of refusal over such royalty.
